Elliptical Energy-Absorbing Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA)
The Elliptical Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA) is designed to protect temporary road works, service vehicles, and incident locations within the roadway, safeguarding workers and equipment from the consequences of collisions. Its innovative design, developed as a proprietary solution by WIMED engineers, is fully hot-dip galvanized (according to EN ISO 1461) and uses specially bent absorbing modules to enable the progressive absorption of kinetic energy. Full compliance with the European Technical Specification CEN/TS 16786 has been confirmed.

Warning Board (Pull-out version)
- Manufactured in accordance with the Regulation of the Polish Minister of Infrastructure of 3 July 2003 on the detailed technical conditions for road signs, signals and road safety devices.
- Face of the board covered with Type 2 reflective sheeting (RA2 class). Optional Type 3 reflective sheeting (RA3 class).
- Two Ø 300 mm “DAISY” early warning lamps located in the upper part of the board.
- Directional light arrows (left/right) made of Ø 200 mm “DAISY” warning lamps.
- Adjustable mandatory sign located in the lower part of the board.
- Power supply: 12 V DC.
- Remote control operation from inside the driver’s cab or from outside the vehicle.
- Enables raising and lowering of the U-26a closing board and programming of the light signals.
