Accident on A2 road section
On the A2 highway, the ElipSafe cushion protected road workers from a collision with a tanker truck by taking the full impact momentum, so that no one working on the road was hurt.

A passenger car ran into a road service which was securing road works in the traffic lane. Fortunately, the road service car was equipped with a crash cushion, which largely slowed the speed of the striking car and thus minimized the impact of a cruch. No one was hurt. The crash cushion, once again confirmed the importance of the use of energy shields, especially on highways with significant speed of the vehicles.
