Gantry support structures
Gantry support structures are a dedicated solution for directional and information signs located above the roadway, especially where cantilever structures cannot be applied. Gantries are the appropriate choice for large-scale signs, signs positioned over traffic lanes, and for installations on overpasses or viaducts. They can be utilized for large directional signs and across significant roadway spans. These structures provide a safe solution for high-speed expressways, slip roads, and highway interchanges.
Product features:
- Gantry structures are made of hollow sections or lattice-type (openwork) elements, selected according to the sign dimensions, required span, and the wind zone of the specific location. Projects are executed based on standard designs or solutions tailored to individual needs.
- These structures are designed to withstand very high loads while maintaining optimal weight and ergonomics.
- Foundations are executed according to the structural design. Installation is carried out by bolting the structure to pre-cast foundation anchors.
- The entire structure, including the hangers, is hot-dip galvanized.
- The product is placed on the market in accordance with the harmonized standard EN 1090-1. It holds a certificate, a Declaration of Performance, and CE marking.
