Truss support structures
Lattice support structures are one of the primary solutions for roadside signage. These trusses come in various designs and configurations, depending on the sign dimensions and the surrounding terrain. By utilizing an appropriate number of posts and adapting to the roadside cross-section, lattice structures ensure the necessary strength and load-bearing capacity for directional signs. The entire structure is protected by hot-dip galvanizing.
Product features:
- Lattice structures are made of steel tubes and braced with steel rods. The quantity and type of trusses are selected based on the standard design, depending on the sign size, terrain slope, and the wind zone of the specific location.
- The trusses offer high strength combined with low weight; they do not require additional cross-bracing.
- The structure is hot-dip galvanized.
- Foundations are executed according to the structural design. The structure is installed by embedding it directly in the concrete foundation or by bolting it to pre-cast foundation anchors.
- Height is customized according to the project, using support tubes with diameters of 48.3 mm, 60.3 mm, or 76.1 mm.
- The product is placed on the market in accordance with the harmonized standard EN 12899-1. It holds a certificate, a Declaration of Performance, and CE marking.
