„Zacisk” Universal Bracket
WIMED-type
The universal “Zacisk” bracket is designed for mounting traffic signs onto tubular posts. It is manufactured from high-strength, hot-dip galvanized steel, ensuring exceptional durability and long-term corrosion resistance. The installation process is based on a simple clamping mechanism directly onto the double-folded edge of the sign face. This bracket is also available in a double-sided version, allowing two signs to be mounted back-to-back on a single post.
Universal „Fala”
Wave-type Bracket
The universal “Fala” (Wave-type) bracket is used for mounting road signs and information boards onto support structures. It is manufactured from high-strength, hot-dip galvanized steel, ensuring exceptional durability and long-term corrosion resistance. The standard version is designed for posts with diameters ranging from Ø 48.3 to 76.1 mm, while custom dimensions are available upon request.
Type F – „Ząbek”
Toothed Bracket
This bracket is designed for mounting traffic signs and information boards onto support structures with diameters ranging from Ø 48.3 to 76.1 mm (other dimensions are available upon request). The sign is fastened directly to the mounting profile using a modified upper “tooth” of the universal bracket. This ensures a durable and stable attachment while facilitating quick installation and removal when necessary. The set optionally includes a rubber block tailored to the specific profile type.
Brackets for PROLIFE
Passive Safety Posts
These brackets and mounting elements are specifically designed for PROLIFE passive safety support structures manufactured by WIMED. Made from hot-dip galvanized steel, they ensure durable and stable mounting for road signs and boards, preventing them from shifting or rotating around the post. Each set includes perfectly matched bolts, nuts, washers, and spacer sleeves to ensure a precise fit.
„Klik-Klik” Bracket
for OKTA Posts
The “Klik-Klik” bracket is a specialized fastening solution dedicated to the rapid mounting of signs on innovative, elliptical OKTA posts. Its unique snap-on mechanism allows for tool-free installation in just 10 seconds, confirmed by a distinctive “click” sound. Thanks to its perfect fit to the post’s profile, the bracket guarantees a secure and stable hold, providing full protection against sign rotation.
BAND-IT stainless steel banding
BAND-IT stainless steel banding made of AISI 304 steel is used for mounting urban infrastructure elements. Resistant to UV radiation, extreme temperatures, salt, and chemicals. Band length: 30.5 m.
BAND-IT buckle
Single-use stainless steel buckle designed for crimping onto banding. It allows for the creation of both single and double wraps, ensuring a durable and solid fastening.
Banding tool
The banding tool is designed for use with various mounting bands. It is used for tensioning and cutting steel bands with a width of 2–20 mm and a thickness of up to 0.8 mm. For bands with a width of 2–13 mm, the tool ensures optimal performance.
